Three Injured in D.C. Ambulance Crash

WASHINGTON (ABC7) — Three people were injured and taken to hospitals when a DC ambulance and a car crashed Monday afternoon.

The crash happened at I-295 southbound and South Capitol SE at around 1:35 p.m., according to DC Police.

DC Fire and EMS says a civilian and two DCFEMS personnel have non-life-threatening injuries. No patient was in the ambulance when the vehicles crashed.
