Ambulance Slams Into New Jersey Home

FRANKLIN, N.J. – At least one person was hurt when a Robert Wood Johnson Ambulance Service rig slammed into a brick home in New Jersey, according to reports.

The crash took place on Hamilton Street between Franklin Boulevard and Shevchenko Avenue, according to a report by New Jersey 101.5 radio. A spokesperson for the hospital said the ambulance was responding to a call and did not have a patient on board.

“Both Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Mobile Health employees that were on board the ambulance are currently being evaluated at the hospital for non-life threatening injuries,” hospital spokesman Robert Cavanaugh said.
