New Longmont (CO) Fire Station Can House Future Ambulance Crew



Longmont Fire crews finished relocating to the new Longmont Fire Station 2 at 2212 17th Avenue on January 9. Their first response to an emergency from their new home occurred at 1 pm.

This station is staffed with one engine and is designed for growth to house an ambulance crew in the future. Reserve vehicles and specialty units will also be housed in this location/

The Station 2 firefighters were previously located at Hover and Mountain View. This station has been closed.
